Story Co is an OTT audio storytelling platform. By using our app or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If under 18, parental consent is required.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Subscription & In-App Payments

Story Co offers premium content via in-app purchases handled by app stores (Google Play / Apple App Store).

• Payments are processed by the respective platform, not directly by us.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.
• Refunds are subject to the app store's policies.

4. Content Rights

All audio, artwork, and scripts are owned or licensed by Story Co. You may not copy, record, distribute, or exploit content without permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt hacking or reverse engineering
• Use bots or scraping tools
• Violate copyright or intellectual property

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Changes

We may update Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
